What you can do now
Use the sample to see how sources, uncertainty and first actions are presented. We are not collecting names, email addresses, profiles or other case details while payment is unavailable.
Before you share details
- Only with permission: Yourself, or another adult who has agreed. Not for looking up anyone else.
- Public pages only: We never log in, get past a privacy setting, or open anything paid or deleted.
- Your report stays private: It opens from one private link that only you get. Our team can see it only while they’re helping you.
- Stored in Europe, deleted quickly: Your case data is stored in the EU. We delete it within seven days of finishing, unless we’re legally required to keep it. How this works.
