CaseOnMe shows you your own public footprint. It is not a people-search, a background check, or a way to look someone up.

The short version
Whose footprint this is
Yours, or another adult who has agreed. You give us at least one public profile to start from — one you own or have permission to include. We don’t offer scans of children’s accounts.
What we look at
Public profile pages and public links, inside what you gave us. We never log in, get past a privacy setting, open a paywall, work around a “prove you’re human” check, or retrieve deleted content.
What you get
One private report — findings, how sure we are about each, the source link so you can check for yourself, and what to do first. It opens from a private link that only you receive.
Your data, refunds, and who can use this
Where your data lives, and for how long
Your case data — what you submit, what we find, the working files and your report — is stored in the European Union, and we delete it within seven days of finishing your report. We may hold it longer only if there’s a documented security or legal reason, and we’d tell you. A small record that you consented, paid, and what we decided is kept separately for up to 12 months. Refunds
We refund you in full if we can’t deliver your report — if the safety check stops your request, if the search fails, or if we simply can’t complete it. We don’t refund change of mind, and we don’t refund because a report didn’t say what you hoped. We won’t widen a search to justify a charge, either. If something’s gone wrong, email [email protected] with your request number and we’ll sort it out.
Who can use it
CaseOnMe is invite-only while we’re in pilot, and it’s for adults globally, where we can lawfully and safely provide the service. If your invite has expired or you’re not sure it’s active, email [email protected].
What we can’t promise
Public checks can be blocked, incomplete, out of date, or ambiguous. A username match is not proof of identity. We don’t claim to cover the whole internet, we can’t guarantee anything is removed, and this is not legal advice, a background check, or a way to find anyone.
